Game 2: at Southern Local

Even though the younger squads played better this week, they were up again much bigger players... and in the words of my son, "It hurt". The Varsity faired much better, bringing home the victory.

Bantam:
Final Score: Little Rams 14, Indians 36

The bantams were a little under sized to play the Indians bantam squad, but they did the best they could. They clearly improved over last week in their organization and execution and they were able to stop the Indians on many plays... The Indians, however, were able to break thorough and score with big plays enough to run up the score.

Junior Varsity
Final Score: Little Rams 8, Indians 14

The JV were also consistently smaller than their opponents, but they managed to make it a much closer game. There were a couple of big plays on the Rams part that were caled back in the ealy second half and perhaps hurt their momentum, But in the end it was a one score difference and we our last possession was a great drive that just fell slightly short.

The varsity squad wreaked havoc on their Indian counterparts, avenging the younger squads losses.
